Bummer. The system shipped with a dead battery, that I had expected to change anyway, but the LCD monitor was DEAD! :-( Damnit. Emailed the chick, she’ll take it back and refund me. I have a feeling she’ll do the right thing and refund the shipping too, but it does suck to pay for shipping both ways and have nothing to show for it. SO I won’t be checking for lobsters this weekend.
Are you kidding? It would cost us more for Starr than our tickets. LAME!!! Looks like they raised their rates again.

Oh no! It’s down again. Games are freezing, and I have the three ring of death randomly. Called Microsoft, they said it was out of warrantee (MS extended their warrantee for three years) and it was only rewarranteed for another year after the replacement. Give me to the supervisor. Explained it again, he checked, rechecked, verified, then said sure we’ll take care of you. Nice. Microsoft, thank you. Now I won’t have to sell my stock (or should I since they are giving away free services? ) hmm… Nope, it’s good customer service.
Well, we lost him somewhere in Parma. Boo!

Got my tattoo touched up, it has been fine, except a couple of spots healed weird and lightened up some of the ink. Matt touched it up, but damn near did the whole thing again. OUCH. Do tattoo’s hurt? yes. And, I bleed like a stuck pig. Wuss, maybe, but try it.

My god. I just got some help from another manager, he’s taking more off my plate, but for some reason, I’ve got more meetings than I know what to do with.

Don’t know if it’s me or everyone else…

BOO!!! The MacBook Pro started with a little fan noise. Then today it sounded like it was about to take off. Damnit. The crappy things about the Mac is not necessarily the fan (although it’s less than a year old), but that you have to take it into the “genius bar” — Worst name ever.. but first get a reservation, which can be like waiting at the doctors office. Sometimes it’s like two days ahead. I got luck and got mine in. But don’t miss the appointment, there is no recourse except to get to the back of the line. The mall was having a fire drill when I was scheduled. So they let me be on “standby”. They are fixing the thing and will get it out same day, but seriously. IF you want Macs to take over the business world, something needs to be done about service.
Talking to Sadie and my phone (or her’s) started to drop calls like there no tomorrow. Lame. Guess we’re not the only ones.
