It’s totally not canning season, so I had to hunt to find this.  Wal-Mart had a REALLY cheap one.  $20, and it did everything I needed, Kings had them for $50, so good deal.  I order it online at Wal-Mart.com and it ships (free) to the store near us.  She scans it out to me, and I’m thinking this is really wasteful, the size of the box.  She opens it and has me check, it’s good.  I get it home, and start unpacking.  1 lid.  2lids?  Then I pull the second canner out of the first one (it’s stackable).  COOL.  Bonus canner.  Will come in handy next summer.  It’s off to make sauce…

EASIEST recipe ever!

Made this really quick, they are good and strong!

Sadie and I went up the hill on new years eve. We all did really well. Had some good food, only expected to stay up there for like 3 hours and asleep before the ball drop. Well, Sadie rolls for like 45 minutes. We had to stop for the delayed NY city celebration in MST.  They gave us champagne and then Sadie has to make her point, which happened to be a 10. After 10 tense minutes she makes her point, which makes the casino bring more red out. There was literally no red chips for them left. Very cool way to end the year!

Prime Rib Guide

So we did another turkey fry, against all the media hype, and also against Alton Brown. Et Tu Alton?

It was perfect of course, and we steamed sweet potatoes this year, absolutely yummy.

It’s a bit dangerous, if you are a dumbass and don’t take simple precautions.

It’s worth it and we’d never go back.

Life is not paved, but it shouldn’t come with hookers either..

So Sadie and I spin the wheel of madness again, well some little kid ran up and spun it for Sadie, but all we really could have gone for (we’re both premier members) was a discount off airfare, but she got a candy cane and I got playing cards again. She was psyched.

Fuzzy is still a bag cat, and still a playful kitten, even though he’s 13 years old. He’s actually just meowing.

Well we’re off to CT. Quick trip. Seeing family and having good food. Sadie and I are blogging on the plane.
